Kegging Day!!
Yesterday was the first kegging day of the year. It felt good to brush the dust off our kegs. Our Belgian Ale came out to be about 6.62% ABV. This one will condition for at least a month before it will be ready. Our sour ale has been souring for almost a year now. Its coming in at 9.55% ABV and tastes great. I can't wait for it to carb up so we can start bottling it. This is one that's only going to get better with age. We have plans to do some more great beers this year and will also have a few "how to" days coming up for any of you who are interested! Cheers!
Welcome to our brewery!! Well...home brewery I should say. I decided to do this blog to post updates on what beers we're brewing and ultimately what we have on tap. As you all know everybody is welcome to stop by and have a pint...or two. Or let me know if you want to try anything and I can always bottle something for you. This is just a spot for me to share my love for beer and brewing to you all and vice versa. So I hope you all enjoy our blog and our beers too!! Cheers!!
